Seeds, berries, Earth Shift Products Raw Agave Nectar and fresh lemon juice. Mix
well and serve for breakfast.

Combine raw milk, egg, Earth Shift Products Ground Vanilla Powder, Earth Shift Products
Crystal Salt and Earth Shift Products Real Raw Agave Nectar with a hand mixer.
Gradually add flour and mix until batter is smooth. Peel and core apples. Cut into
small pieces or grate with a coarse grater. Add to pancake batter. Heat coconut
oil in medium frying pan. Spoon batter into pan and bake until golden brown on both
sides.
Remove from pan and serve hot or cover and refrigerate.
Yield: 20 pancakes.
*To make four cups of raw nutmilk, take one cup of cashews or almonds and add four
cups of Pure water. Blend on highest speed for one minute. Drain liquid. If there
is still pulp in the mixer, use some of the drained liquid, add to pulp and mix
some more. Proceed until pulp has dissolved. Sweeten to taste with Earth Shift Products
Real Raw Agave Nectar if desired. Nutmilk can be refrigerated for several days.

Suggested preparation:

Prep for Crust:
Begin with a round cheesecake pan (spring form pan). Put all ingredients for the
crust into a food processor. Press this mixture into the spring form pan and then
put it into the refrigerator to be chilled.
Prep for Filling:
Begin this step by blending/processing the raw, soaked cashews and raw almonds or
raw macadamia nuts until they are creamy. Put this in a bowl and then add the freshly
squeezed lemon and Earth Shift Products Himalayan Crystal Salt. Mix very well. Blend
this "cream cheese" mixture with the coconut water and coconut meat, Earth Shift Products
Ground Vanilla Powder, and Earth Shift Products Real Raw Agave Nectar or honey.
Prep for Topping:
Take the strawberries and strain them, to get the strawberry liquid from the bowl,
mix that with the freshly squeezed lemon juice and Earth Shift Products Real Raw
Agave Nectar or raw, unfiltered honey. Set aside until ready to use.
Assembly:
Take the spring form pan, pour the filling in and tap the pan down to get all the
air bubbles. Layer the slices of strawberries on top and pour the lemon mixture
over it. Garnish with extra lemon zest, and put in the freezer for 8 hrs.

them more digestible and to lower acid levels.
"Cheese" Filling:
1 cup fresh, raw walnut or almond milk

Prep for raw nut milk: soak the raw nuts over night in Pure water. For every
cup of nuts, blend with 2 cups of Pure water until smooth. Strain through a mesh
cloth or cheese cloth.
Blend all ingredients except the Earth Shift Products Raw Coconut Oil. Once the batter
is completely smooth, add the raw coconut oil and blend again. Pour batter on top
of the crust and smooth the surface with a spatula. Let the cheesecake set up overnight
in the refrigerator or freeze for one hour if serving that day.
Before serving, add Earth Shift Products Raw Cacao Paste shavings for garnish,
as well as Earth Shift Products Real Raw Agave Nectar drizzle.
