Terms and Conditions of Sale
Effective February 15, 2010

Orders:
  • Orders are accepted online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Customer support is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM PST. Customer support can be reached by phone at 866.654.2012, and by email at webinfo@earthshiftproducts.com
  • During unattended hours calls will be routed to the general voicemail box.
Freight and Handling:
  • Orders of $300 or more of qualifying product are prepaid via ground within the contiguous United States. Certain products do not apply.
Payment Options:
  • All orders are processed by credit card only. Credit cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Returns:
  • Product that arrives damaged or is incorrectly shipped must be reported to Earth Shift Products with 48 hours of receipt to arrange for pickup and replacement of product.
  • If it is necessary to return product, contact Earth Shift Products customer support for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Securely package the product to be returned, write your RA number and customer number on the box and address to:

  • Customers must obtain an RA number from Earth Shift Products before returning product to ensure timely and accurate credit. Returns received be Earth Shift Products with an RA Number:
    • within thirty (30) day of customer’s receipt of goods are subject to review and many not receive full credit.
    • more than thirty (30) days after the customer’s receipt of goods will not receive credit and may be returned at the customer’s expense.
Membership Fees:
  • Customer agrees to either a one (1) month or twelve (12) month membership contract agreement with Earth Shift Products.
  • Customers can opt to upgrade or downgrade their membership contract agreement that Earth Shift Products is currently offering for sale at any time during customer’s membership contract agreement term.
  • At the end of the membership agreement term, the contract will automatically renew indefinitely until explicitly cancelled by the customer. Cancellation must be issued via the customer’s website membership interface at EarthShiftProducts.com. Any cancellation issued via the customers website membership interface must be done at least one (1) day prior to the end of the membership agreement contract term.
