Enjoying the benefits of dried hibiscus flower is super easy... all you need is some water, perhaps a jug or teapot, and hibiscus! This stuff tastes great, sweetened or unsweetened. It can be made into soda, hot tea, iced tea, or it can be made into a simple syrup to flavor other things- endless possibilities from this simple ingredient.

Hot tip: add ionic minerals and fulvic acid into whatever you end up creating with dried hibiscus because the tartness of the hibiscus helps to mask funky flavors.

  • Very high in Vitamin C
  • Natural diuretic
  • Non-caffeinated
  • Doesn't need to be sweetened; has a mild tangy flavor
  • Can be enjoyed hot or cold

Our favorite hibiscus tea recipe:

  • ½ gallon pure water
  • 2 Tbsp. of Hibiscus Flowers
  • 15-20 drops of Ionic Magnesium
  • 2 Tbsp. of Living Silica
  • 2-3 drops of Fulvic Minerals
  • 1-2 Tbsp. of Chia Seeds (optional)
  • Agave Syrup to taste (optional)

  • Add water and to a ½ gallon mason jar.
  • Sprinkle the 2 tbsp of Hibiscus Flowers onto the top of the water and let sit for about 4 hours.
  • Does not need to be refrigerated at this point.
  • Strain the flowers out and add desired ingredients, put the Hibiscus tea in the refrigerator.
  • Each time you pour some tea from the jar, you can add 1-2 tbsp of Chia Seeds to your glass if you wish.
