We cannot guarantee that a product's taste will be to your liking. No refund will be issued due to flavor issues, or change of mind, once a customer has considered and purchased a product.
Why do you not offer medical advice?
It is beyond the scope of our ability as a company to be able to offer confirmed medical advice and it is strongly encouraged that you seek out a licensed professional in your area who can succinctly treat and diagnose issues related to any health conditions. The guidelines of our products are meant to offer nutritional support to some healing processes and is always best to consult a medical professional before making any serious decisions on where to begin.

What is the approximate shelf life for the foods you sell?
Our dry goods, such as powders and dried fruits, have an extremely long shelf life. You will indeed use them up before they become any bit stale, as the shelf life is from 1.5 to 2 years.
I am new to healthy eating. What should I try first?
We always recommend that small steps are taken in the beginning of your transition to a healthier diet. That way, you ease your routine into something better, something that sticks and can be adjusted to. This isn't a "fad diet", it's a new way of living.
Start with exchanging conventional staple items for healthier alternatives: Himalayan salt (instead of iodized salt); agave syrup or palm sugar (instead of cane sugar); liquid stevia (instead of Sweet N Low or something similar); coconut oil (instead of vegetable oil).
What is Prop 65 and why is there a statement listed under certain products?
Warning to California Residents:
Cal Proposition 65 is California’s Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986. Prop 65 requires that producers, manufacturers and retailers of various food and consumer products provide customers with special warnings for products that contain certain chemicals or metals in excess of levels “known to the state of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm”. Companies are required to place a warning label on any product they sell within California if it contains one or more of over eight hundred listed chemicals and metals at levels in excess of what the State has established may pose a health risk. These levels are specific to the state of California. The levels in California are more stringent than what is set at the U.S. federal level, and by other governments including Canada and the European Union.
Under Prop 65, the State of California has determined a “safe harbor” limit for these chemicals and metals. The levels for metals in particular have been determined in some cases to be so low that they approach elemental levels that can be naturally occurring in the soil. California is the only state that requires warning labels at this low of a level. To put things into perspective, Prop 65 does not apply to grocery produce; however, it is common that certain chemical or metals levels in grocery items such as apples, spinach, and other whole, unprocessed foods can be higher than the Prop 65 safe harbor limits because they simply exist in the natural environment, but no label is required.
Elements that may trigger this labeling, such as Lead, Cadmium, Nickel and Arsenic, have also been found in various foods, beverages and dietary supplement products within the superfood and natural products industry. Often these elements are naturally present in the fertile soil where the foods are grown, and are metabolized by plants as part of their growth. Some of the products you are ordering from Earth Shift Products may contain trace levels of an element specified in Proposition 65. These elements are not added to the products, nor are they contributed during their manufacture.
Earth Shift Products is committed to compliance with CA Proposition 65 and to the wellbeing of our customers. In accordance with Proposition 65, we hereby provide the following warning for all products linked to this page:
"WARNING: This product contains a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm."
