Ojio's whole cashews are grown in Vietnam and are rich in good fats, Magnesium, Vitamin K and also contain a good amount of Iron and Zinc.

Uses: Cashews are naturally very sweet, and (if you process them into a butter in your very own kitchen) they make a great/fresh spread for toast or fruit. You can also create a tasty trail mix to keep you sustained throughout the day by adding cashews, goji berries, cacao nibs, and mulberries. Just add a pinch of salt to bring out the flavors (and get that nice salty/sweet combo).
