Black Chia Seeds
Earth Shift black chia can be used in a variety of ways and is a great source of fiber, Vitamin E, Omega 3 fatty acids, and protein. These little seeds are small and unassuming, but as soon as they hit water or some kind of liquid, they start to grow a bit, and they turn into a jelly-type of substance (which is very good for your digestive tract).
In addition to chia helping to keep you full after consuming it in some kind of shake or liquid, it is very nutritious and beneficial when incorporated into your everyday diet... and it is very easy to do so. Simply add a couple tablespoons of chia to your smoothie (or even just a glass of freshly squeezed juice), let the seeds sit for a couple minutes so they can expand, and then drink. Easy as that... absolutely no preparation needed. You can also add chia to lemon water and just drink it throughout the day. This is especially helpful if you are juice fasting or doing some sort of cleanse, as it will facilitate the detox process (in regards to your colon).
