Dark Side Chia Porridge
- 2 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
- 1 C. milk replacement
- 1 cap Living Silica
- 10 drops Ionic Magnesium Concentrate
- 1 tsp. Agave Syrup
- 1/2 sole salt
- 1 Tbsp. Psyllium Husks Powder
- 1/4 C. Golden Berries
- 1/4 C. Goji Berries
- 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Activated Coconut Charcoal Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Lucuma Powder
1. Slightly blend chia seeds, be careful not to completely pulverize. (coffee grinders, food processors, and immersion blenders work well)
2. Mix chia seeds into milk and let sit for about 5 minutes.
3. Mix living silica, ionic magnesium, agave and sole salt into milk and chia mixture.
4. Separately, mix psyllium husks powder, golden berries, goji berries, cinnamon, activated charcoal, and lucuma together until well combined.
5. Slowly mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients.
