Whole seeds or blended? Either way, this no-cook chocolate pudding is as good for you as it is delicious.

INGREDIENTS
1 c milk alternative (we like oat milk)
1/3 c chia seeds
2 T cacao powder (sifted)
1-2 T sweetener (optional)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a small bowl, mix together all ingredients until evenly combined. Let rest in fridge for at least 3 hours.
- For a smooth version, add 1/2 c of milk alternative and use a blender to mix all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- For a plain version, omit the cacao powder. You can also try adding other flavors like matcha, lucuma and coconut!
