Measure, blend, wait and strain, that's all you need to do before enjoying this refreshing classic!

4.5 c pure water
1.5 c milk alternative (we used oat milk)
1 c organic white long grain rice (feel free to switch it up)
1/2 c organic unpasteurized almonds
1/2 c sugar
1/2 T organic cinnamon
1/2 T organic vanilla extract (or 1 tsp ground vanilla)


1. Add all ingredients together and blend until rice breaks apart
2. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours, overnight is best
3. Pour through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth, discarding the rice (or save it and heat it up with a little water for a sweet treat)
4. Transfer mixture into a pitcher and serve over lots and lots of ice!
