A tasty (and vegan) MCT coffee with metabolism-boosting benefits.
- 12 oz pure water
- 2.5 Tbsp. Ground Coffee (we like to use Organic & Fair/Direct Trade varieties)
- 1 Tbsp. Coconut Oil (MCT: medium-chain triglyceride)
- 1 Tbsp. Cacao Butter (contains omega EFAs, which provide sustained energy)
- 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon (optional) (boosts metabolism)
1. Brew coffee as you normally would.
2. Blend your freshly brewed coffee, coconut oil, cacao butter and cinnamon for about 30 seconds or until frothy.
