Use these in your favorite recipe or eat them by the handful, we do both!
3 c unpastuerized almonds
1 Tbsp organic oil (olive, canola, your preference!)
1 tsp himalayan salt
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
2. In a medium bowl, toss almonds, oil and salt until evenly coated
3. Arrange almonds on sheet pan in a single layer and bake for 10-20 minutes. Check every few minutes after the first 10 minutes to make sure they don't burn! Roast until nuts are a few shades darker and fragrant
4. Remove from oven and cool completely before eating
