INGREDIENTS
2.5 tsp sodium bicarbonate
1 tsp hydrogen peroxide (up to 3%)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix together ingredients until it forms a thick but smooth paste
- In small circular motions, apply the paste to teeth with a toothbrush.
- Let sit on teeth for 1 minute before thoroughly rinsing off. Try not to let your lips touch your teeth as much as possible or the paste won't have a chance to lift any stains.
